ONCE UPON A TIME...

It all began many many years ago by the passion for cooking and food of my grandmother Pina, of Sicilian origin.

As tradition dictates, my grandmother has passed in my hands all her experience and her secrets in preparing dishes with love and dedication.

It was not in my projects to become a cook, but as my grandmother always tells me: "learn the art and put it aside" and so it was!

From the passion for home cooking and traditional Italian cuisine handed down to me,"The Living Room Italian Restaurant" comes to life. For ten years, with commitment and joy, every day we offer real Italian home cooking: "as my grandmother brings the whole family together around a rich table, we too are happy to share the generosity of Italian cuisine with our island family and Koh Phangan guests", in a fabulous and cozy corner Thong Nai Pan Yai beach. 

.... I never stop learning, even today I call my grandmother to give me suggestions. Her deep Italian food knowledge is for me an inexhaustible source of ideas and inspirations.

Eating is one of the greatest pleasures in life. Meals are a time to be together, to share stories, laugh and make new friends. Sweet, salty, spicy… each of us has our preferences, and that's the beauty of it. Gather together at the restaurant, for a nice dinner or a quick sandwich. Food brings people together.
